This video is very personal to me. About 10 years ago I made a series of bad career decisions that left me in a pretty dark place. Using Simon's "Golden Circle" it helped me realize what my "why" is and brought a focus back to my career that I was missing.

This video was published in 2009 and it has racked up over 64MM views on YouTube! We pay homage to the golden circle part, but we pay particular attention to Simon's take on leadership. And he is an incredible story teller and presenter using the "rule of 3" and constantly repeating key phrases and ideas to get them to "stick" in our brains.

There are so many ways to appreciate this video. We had a lot more content, but we cut it down to what we felt were the essential pieces. We had a great time doing this and we hope you enjoy our extended version of Simon Sinek's "Start with Why - How Great Leaders Inspire Action.
