In a recent YouTube Short, writer Simon Sinek, author of the famous book "Start with Why" offered his opinion on Chat GPT"s writing abilities - concluding that good editors will always be needed. In his estimation (I'm paraphrasing) Chat GPT allows a writer to produce a "sh*tty" first draft in just minutes, vs. the days it sometimes takes us to produce a first draft. Which I think is hilarious, but only temporarily so. First, as we (as humans) get better and better at producing Chat GPT prompts, that "sh*tty first draft" becomes less and less so. And then, as we continue to refine our prompts, we can get a lot closer to "much less sh*ttyness" (my words) with each draft and version.

Also, more terrifying, is that Chat GPT 4 is allegedly 10 times "smarter" than Chat GPT 3.5 was just a few months ago. If that upgrade pace continues for Chat GPT 5? Well, think of it this way. Chat GPT 4 is estimated to have a simulated human intelligence equivalent to a 155 IQ. What about when Chat GPT 5 has an equivalent IQ to 1550, if the percentage of improvement stays the same?

Ready to learn the art of the advanced Prompt? We're doing a free webinar for our clients and anyone else who's interested. It's called "Sweet Talkin Chat GPT" and the first webinar will be June 15 at 2 PM Mountain time. This is a webinar for content creators and creatives of all kinds.
